Terms and Conditions

1. Guests’ Liability

1.1. Guests shall be liable for all damage or loss caused during their stay to the holiday apartment, its furnishings/inventory, or any other facilities provided.

1.2. Guests are obliged to bear the costs for the replacement of lost keys or damaged locks.

1.3. Guests shall be liable for any additional costs resulting from exceeding the check-out time or delaying cleaning operations.

2. Obligation to Report Damage

2.1. Any damage in the holiday apartment must be reported to the landlord or the responsible management without delay.

3. Guest Registration

3.1. Guests must complete a registration form prior to check-in and, if required, present a valid form of identification.

4. Prohibited Uses

4.1. Parties and events are strictly prohibited in the holiday apartment.

In the event of a violation, a penalty fee of €250 will be charged, plus the costs for additional cleaning, repairs, and any potential damage. The landlord reserves the right to require immediate vacation of the accommodation without any refund if this rule is breached.

4.2. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas of the holiday apartment.

The landlord reserves the right to require immediate vacation of the accommodation without any refund in the event of repeated or serious breaches of the smoking ban.

4.3. Commercial photography or videography in the holiday apartment is permitted only with the landlord’s prior written consent.

4.4. Illegal activities of any kind are strictly prohibited.

5. Restrictions on Bookings in the Guest’s Place of Residence

5.1. Guests may not make reservations within their own place of residence.

5.2. If a booking is nevertheless made in the guest’s place of residence, the guest is obliged to contact the landlord in advance.

6. Special Equipment (Baby Cot & High Chair)

6.1. A baby cot and a high chair are available upon request.

6.2. The request must be made well in advance, and additional fees may apply.

7. Compliance with the Terms and Conditions & House Rules

7.1. By making a booking, guests accept the terms and conditions as well as the house rules.

7.2. Any breach of the terms and conditions or the house rules may result in the immediate cancellation of the reservation and the requirement to vacate the accommodation without any refund.

8. Cancellation Policy

The cancellation and withdrawal conditions applicable in each case form an integral part of the contract. By completing the booking, the guest acknowledges and accepts these conditions as binding.

9. Disclaimer of Liability of the Landlord

9.1. The landlord assumes no liability for: injuries or health impairments of guests during the stay, loss of or damage to guests’ personal property, or damage or inconvenience caused by force majeure, natural disasters, or unforeseeable events.

9.2. Use of the facilities provided is at the guests’ own risk. The landlord shall not be liable for accidents or damage arising therefrom.

9.3. Internet use: If Wi-Fi is provided, it may be used exclusively for lawful purposes. Guests shall be liable for any infringements of copyright or other legal provisions committed via the provided internet access.

10. Other Provisions

10.1. The holiday apartment may be used only by the number of persons stated at the time of booking. For each additional, unregistered, or unauthorized guest, a fee of €50 per night will be charged. Transfer to third parties or subletting is not permitted.

10.2. If more beds are used than correspond to the number of guests booked, we charge a fee of €30 per additionally used bed per night. This fee covers additional costs for cleaning, fresh bed linen, and increased wear and tear.

10.3. Pets are permitted only with the landlord’s prior approval.

10.4. Pets/animals are permitted exclusively with the landlord’s prior written approval and only as confirmed in the booking confirmation (type, number). Bringing or accommodating animals without approval is prohibited.

10.5. Requirements for approved pets: The animal must be house-trained, free from parasites (e.g., fleas), and handled in a way that prevents any disturbance. Animals must not be left unattended in the holiday apartment.

10.6. Protection of furnishings and textiles: Pets are not permitted on upholstered furniture (sofas, armchairs, chairs), beds, mattresses, pillows, blankets, or other textiles. Guests must bring and use their own sleeping/lying mats (e.g., pet bed/pet blanket).

10.7. Common areas / outdoor areas: In commonly used areas (e.g., stairwell, entrance area, courtyard/garden if shared), pets must be kept on a leash at all times. Any soiling (e.g., feces) must be removed immediately.

10.8. Liability: The guest shall be fully liable for all damage, soiling, odors, and consequential costs caused by the pet (e.g., special cleaning, replacement of textiles). Upon request, proof of valid pet owner’s liability insurance must be provided.

10.9. Cleaning/additional costs: For approved pets, additional fees may apply as stated under “Additional Services” on this website. In the event of increased cleaning effort (e.g., pet hair, odors, stains), the required additional costs will be charged separately.

10.10. Breaches: If a pet is brought in or accommodated without approval, or if the pet guidelines (10.3 - 10.9) are violated, a penalty fee of €250 will be charged, plus the costs for additional cleaning, odor removal, repairs, and any potential damage. The landlord reserves the right to require immediate vacation of the accommodation without any refund in the event of a serious or repeated breach of this rule.
