Cancellation Policy

Short-Term Stays up to 30 Nights

For cancellations made up to 14 days before arrival, 100% of the deposit paid will be refunded. 

If the cancellation is made no later than 7 days before arrival, 50% of the deposit paid will be refunded. For later cancellations, no refund is possible.

Long-Term Bookings of 30 Nights or More

Different cancellation rules apply to long-term stays. 

If the cancellation is made up to 30 days before arrival, a full refund of the payments made will be issued.

If the cancellation is made between 30 and 14 days before arrival, 60% of the amount paid will be refunded.

If the cancellation is made between 14 and 7 days before arrival, the refund will be 30%.

If the cancellation is made less than 7 days before arrival, no refund will be granted.
