Check-in and Check-out

Check-in is from 4:00 PM, and check-out is no later than 11:00 AM.

Early check-in or late check-out may be possible upon prior agreement and subject to availability. Additional fees may apply.

Guests shall be liable for any costs resulting from exceeding the check-out time or delaying cleaning operations.

Quiet Hours

On weekdays from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

On weekends from 10:00 PM to 10:00 AM.

Quiet hours must be observed at all times.

Use of the Accommodation

We place great importance on our guests treating the holiday apartment with care and respect. Please handle furnishings, decorations, and technical equipment with due care. In the event of excessive soiling or damage, additional cleaning and repair costs may apply.

Smoking and Noise Policy

Smoking is permitted only on the terraces with the door closed or outside the building.

Parties and events are not permitted.

Violations will result in a fee of €250 plus additional cleaning and repair costs.

Number of Guests

Exceeding the number of guests stated in the reservation is not permitted and will be charged at €50 per night for each unauthorized guest.

Pets

Pets may be permitted (prior request required).

Guests shall be liable for all damage, soiling, or wear and tear caused by pets to the accommodation, its furnishings/inventory, as well as outdoor areas. This applies regardless of any pet fee charged.

Unregistered pets will incur a fee of €250.

In addition, this may result in separate cleaning fees.
