Penthouse Maisonette (ENGLISH)
Check-in and Check-out
Check-in is from 4:00 p.m., check-out at 11:00 a.m. at the latest. Early check-in or later check-out is possible by prior arrangement, subject to availability. Fees may apply. Guests are responsible for any costs incurred due to exceeding the check-out time or delayed cleaning.
Quiet hours
During the week from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. On weekends from 10 p.m. to 10 a.m. The rest times must be observed. Please avoid loud trampling especially considering other residents in the building.
Respect for Property
Treat our holiday apartment with the same care and respect that you would your own home. Avoid any activities that could cause damage to the furnishings, appliances, or any other items within the apartment.
Smoke and noise regulations
Smoking is only permitted on the terraces with the door closed or outside the building. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in a fee of €250 in addition to cleaning and repair costs.
Number of guests
Exceeding the specified number of guests in the reservation is not allowed. A fee of €60 per night will be charged for each unauthorized guest.
Pets
Pets may be allowed (prior request required). Violations of the Pet policy may result in additional cleaning fees.
